| With the stem pushed in to the run position, install
the third wheel.
NEVER TOUCH THE INDEX WHEEL! EVEN GRIPPING THE INDEX WHEEL LIKE I AM HOLDING THIS THIRD WHEEL CAN DAMAGE IT. |

| While holding down the third wheel, pull the stem out to the set position. The Hack Lever Assembly will lock the third wheel down against the Center Second Brake Spring. This allows the other train wheels to be positioned with ease. |
